The fact that they know sushi and run the Go Sushi store network with over 25 stores also really helped.

The store design is fantastic, and the marketing team actioned some really innovative ideas to get our name into the CBD market.

To break into the price sensitive sushi market in Brisbane with a more expensive product, but a higher quality sushi was a BIG move – but customers are flocking to our store so it worked in a BIG way!! We are also building our corporate delivery business – and seeing some great results from this."
