Pacific Retail Management was launched in Sydney, Australia in 2007 by Nicola Mills. The goal of Pacific Retail Management was to group multiple retail brands under one banner in order to become one of Australia's premier franchise groups. This strategy enables both the franchisor and franchisees to benefit from economies of scale with increased group purchasing power, marketing campaigns, lease negotiations, franchisee recruitment and more.

The company has both franchised stores and licensed sites across 4 states. Pacific Retail Management was recognised in the Top 100 Leading Franchisors of Australia 2009 and 2010 from 1,300 Australian Franchisors by DC Strategy, and is one of BRW's Fast Franchises 2010.

In addition, the company also has International Master Franchise Agreements in place for Go Sushi in France and Kick Juice Bars in India, with the first Sushi store opening in February 2010 in Lille, France. Multiple sites have been purchased in Delhi, India.
